The Triton Seaport Proposed Team Members and Their Capability/Area of Expertise

Triton Services, Inc. (Triton), a Veteran-Owned and Small Business, has selected teammates CACI Technologies, Inc. (CACI) and Wyle Laboratories (Wyle) to create the Triton Seaport Enhanced Team. The decision to team with these subcontractors was based on their proven record of high-quality Navy/DoD specific performance, strong technical qualifications, complementary core competency areas, in depth personnel technical resources, comprehensive support facilities, and broad support experience throughout the Navy's Virtual SYSCOM. Collectively, this team has recent contractual experience covering the key functions, platforms, systems, missions, warfare areas, organizations, and technologies employed by the United States Navy and Marine Corps. This Team offers current contract experience throughout all seven zones, covering the vast majority of the Functional Areas in each.

Triton, a dynamic, rapidly growing advanced technology solutions and services provider, supports primarily Navy (Naval Air and Naval Sea Systems Commands) and Intelligence Community customers. Since its inception in 1994, Triton has provided leading edge, value-added solutions. Key Triton services areas include: technical studies and analysis; system engineering; software engineering; system integration/test; engineering support services; and logistics support. This includes experience in: Foreign Comparative Testing; large screen displays; intelligence analyst workstations; data mining software; C4ISR architecture tools; multi-tiered, multi-user, Web-enabled COTS based applications; Configuration Management services; and full lifecycle logistics modeling. Triton's core competencies include systems engineering, information systems, and communication systems. Triton holds a Top Secret facility clearance.

Triton's IT experience base includes mainframes and client/server, as well as web-based and hybrid system architectures. Triton personnel have experience, training, and certifications in specific skills and applications that include software development (in C, C++, JAVA, and HTML; on both Windows and UNIX platforms) database development and support (including Sybase, Oracle, SQL, Microsoft SourceSafe, and Access), Portal development, software testing support, networks implementation and support, and software reuse. Wyle, an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, has more than doubled in size since January 2005, with the purchase of Advanced Information Engineering Services, Inc., Aeronautics Sector. Wyle has more than 35 years of continuous experience in providing programmatic, analysis, engineering, and other technical support to DOD activities on a wide range of development, production, and modification programs, including Air Force, Navy, Army, Joint Service, U.S./NATO, and U.S./Friendly Nation programs. This experience base includes the areas of acquisition, systems engineering, independent studies and analyses, engineering investigations, test and evaluation, reliability and maintainability engineering, and configuration management in support of the majority of Naval aircraft programs.

Experienced in the integration of avionics equipment into Navy aircraft, Wyle is currently providing engineering and testing and evaluation (T&E) support to a number of aircraft integration projects. Wyle is a primary participant in the E-2C Radar Modernization Program and the Cooperative Engagement Capability program. Experienced in all areas of T&E, including ground, flight, and simulation-based testing; integration, interoperability, and reliability and maintainability testing; and test support, Wyle has participated in the testing phases of numerous aircraft, systems, components, and weapons. Their experience covers the entire spectrum of T&E activities, from the initial analyses required to identify test issues/requirements and T&E Master Plan (TEMP)/test plan preparation; through detailed test planning, coordination of test assets, and actual hands-on testing; to the analysis of test results, preparation of test reports, and resolution of test deficiencies.
