SeaPort-e QA Program
The goal of Triton's quality assurance program is a subset of our Software Engineering Institute - Capability Maturity Model® - based Management Methodology. It also doubles as a cost savings approach, one designed to provide all required deliverables meeting all customer expectations on time.
The Triton Team will use a continuous improvement program based on defined, repeatable processes and documented guides for all levels of performance. Triton will tailor our quality procedures and processes into a contract-specific quality assurance manual that will be provided to the Team. Each task order will have a detailed quality requirements plan documenting clear procedures that are key to cost savings and achieving best practice solutions.
All frequently performed functions are documented as a series of required steps. Checklists will prepared for deliverable form, format, and technical content. Triton will disseminate its defined quality plan and task order specific processes to our entire team via Triton's Webtracker management tool, a Triton-developed, secure web-based tool that facilitates the storage and dissemination of program documentation.
At certain points during the process, a quality check is required to verify process adherence. Before final delivery is made, a quality assurance check is made of form, format, and technical content. The Task Order Leads and Triton SeaPort-e Program Manager perform the final sign-offs, indicating approval to deliver. Our Quality Control system reduces risk and ensures that the Triton SeaPort-e Program Manager and Task Order Leads stay abreast of performance requirements and accomplishments.
