| Discretionary and Other Types of Leave | | |  Eligible employees receive 5 days of discretionary leave each year; for new hires, accrual is pro-rated based on date of hire. Eligible employees may also receive 2 weeks Military leave, 3 to 5 days of Bereavement leave and time off for Jury Duty. |
