Triton provides services and products to our customers through a variety of contracts, either directly with the customer or via a GSA Schedule. These contracts provide a quick and easy method to procure the services and products Triton offers its customers. Our contracts include the following:

NAVAIR E-2C/C-2 Program Support Services
Period: November 2002 - October 2006
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to BearingPoint on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract. The scope of support provided under this contract to NAVAIR PMA 231 includes planning, programming and financial process support to accomplish all aspects of E-2C/C-2 program life cycle management. The E-2C Hawkeye is the Navy's all weather, carrier based tactical warning and control system aircraft and the C-2A Greyhound provides critical logistic support to aircraft carriers.

ATLAS Contract
Period: October 2002 - September 2007
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to CSC on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract. The scope of support to be provided includes integrated delivery of complete programs and systems, such as development, logistics, staging, testing, and deployment and support services.

Financial Management System Services
Period: September 2002 - September 2007
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to CSC on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a spectrum of support services pertaining to the successful implementation of a Commercial-Off-the-Shelf COTS) Financial Management Systems.

NUWC Management Support Services
Period: May 2002 - August 2009
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to SRM for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide management support services to organizations within Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT). This includes facets of the entire range of support, from strategic planning to information gathering, and from Division-level requirements to individual programs and projects.

DISA/DITCO ENCORE Information Technology Solutions
Period: May 2002 - May 2009
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to TranTech for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract to provide services, hardware, software and enabling products to satisfy the full array of IT activities at all operating levels, on a worldwide basis to DoD, and other Federal, state/local governments and U.S. allies.

Department of State (DOS) Information Technology Support Services
Period: May 2002 - May 2007
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to CSC for this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide a full range of IT support services within the Department of State, including computer and telecommunications systems, operating systems, hardware and software applications.

Description: Triton is a subcontractor to various Primes on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Defense Finance and Accounting System (DFAS) Financial Integrated Systems Services
Period: March 2002 - March 2007
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to SAIC on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract. The scope of support to be provided under this contract encompasses technical and contractual support services needed to develop, implement and maintain the Automated Information Systems (AIS) that support the DFAS business areas.

NAVSEA Professional Support Services
Period: April 2001 - April 2016
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to BAE Systems on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract. The scope of support provided under this contract to Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office's (PEOs) and field activities, through all phases of ship and weapon life cycle, includes technology development, concept exploration, design, specification development, construction/production, test/evaluation, certification, operations, maintenance, improvement/modernization, overhaul and refueling, salvage and disposal.

NAVSEA Seaport Enhanced (Seaport-e)
Description: Triton Services was selected as the Prime Contractor for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity SeaPort-e multiple award contract. The SeaPort contract provides support services for all phases of weapon systems acquisition and life cycle support, including research and development, prototyping, acquisition logistics, modeling, test and evaluation trials, and engineering support for the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps. Triton is supported in this effort by a quality team consisting of CACI International and Wyle Laboratories.

In addition, Triton is a subcontractor to Galaxy Scientific, Northrop Grumman, CACI International Inc, BearingPoint, Wyle Laboratories, Inc., ManTech Systems Engineering Corporation, Tri Star Engineering, Inc., and Delta Resources.

CECOM R2
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to Galaxy Scientific on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract that awarded the U.S. Army Communications-Electronic Command (CECOM) contract to provide critical equipment and engineering services to DoD/Government system, platform and item managers Worldwide. A wide array of systems and platforms will be supported under this contract, ranging from ground, airborne, and naval electronics and communications systems, to aircraft, support vehicles, and the soldier.

NAVAIR 4.5
Period: April 2005 - September 2009
Description: Triton Services was selected as the Prime Contractor by the Naval Air Systems Command's Avionics Department (AIR-4.5) as a small business to provide engineering and technical services in support of the research, development, integration, assessment and test and evaluation efforts in support of avionic and sensor systems. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract has a $100,000,000 ceiling. Specific tasks to be performed under this contract include technical and engineering services in support of research and development in Avionics Science and Technology, Network Centric Warfare (NCW), Flight Information Systems, Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems, Radar and Antenna Systems, Electro Optic (EO) and Infrared Systems, Imagery and Video Systems Software Enhancements, Ballistic Missile Defense Surveillance Technology, Airborne Information Processing Systems, Acoustic Systems Special Mission Sensors, Communication Systems, Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) Systems, and Navigations Systems. Triton is supported in this effort by a quality team consisting of ManTech International Corporation, Alion Science and Technology Corporation, TSM Corporation and Tracer Corporation

Triton is also a subcontractor to Galaxy Scientific on this Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order contract to provide technical and scientific research, development, integration, analysis, assessment, and test and evaluation services in support of the AIR 4.5 Avionics Department.

Maryland Consulting Services Procurement
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to Alion Prime contractors on the CSP contract. Support services include Information Technology and Telecommunications Financial and Auditing Consulting, IT Management Consulting, and Business Processing Consulting Services.

NAVAIR Program Support Services MAC
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to BearingPoint on this Multiple Award Contract (MAC) to provide technical support services through all acquisition phases of naval aircraft and aviation weapon system acquisition including, research, design, development, and engineering; procurement; test and evaluation; training facilities and equipment; repair and modification; an in-service engineering and logistic support.

NAVAIR 4.2 Cost Analysis
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to BearingPoint on this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Task Order contract. The scope of support provided under this contract includes providing analyses, independent evaluations, case studies, and recommendations, along with associated data in support of Cost Estimating/Analysis and/or Earned Value Management products which span all phases of the life cycle.

NAVAIR 6.0/1.0 PMA 203
Description: Triton is a subcontractor to BearingPoint on this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Task Order contract to provide engineering and technical support services for the Naval Air Systems Command/Naval Air Warfare Center for Maintenance Community Activities.

GSA Professional Engineering Services Schedule (GS-23F-0427K)
Description: Under the Federal Supply Schedules Program, GSA enters into contracts with commercial firms to provide supplies and services at stated prices for given periods of time. Triton was awarded a GSA Professional Engineering Services Scheduled supporting the following technology areas: Special Item Nos. 871-1, Strategic Planning for Technology Programs/Activities, Special Item Nos. 871-2, Concept Development and Requirements Analysis, Special Item Nos. 871-3, System Design, Engineering and Integration, Special Item Nos. 871-4, Test and Evaluation, Special Item Nos. 871-5, Integrated Logistics Support, and Special Item Nos. 871-6, Acquisition and Life Cycle Management. Services include the primary engineering disciplines of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical for all Special Item Numbers.

GSA Information Technology Services Schedule (GS-35F-0611J)

Triton has been awarded a GSA Schedule 70, Special Item No. 132-51 Information Technology Professional Services. Services provided include IT Systems Development, IT Systems Analysis, Automated Information Systems Design/Integration, Programming, IT Data Conversion, IT Network Management and other Computer Related Services.
