Medical Coverage
Triton provides both a Preferred Provided Organization (PPO) and a Health Maintenance
Organization (HMO) plan to best balance your needs and budget. Medical coverage provided
by Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Dental Coverage
Preferred Provided Organization plan provided by Delta Dental. In-Network or
Out-of-Network services. No referrals necessary.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Triton employees may contribute up to $5000 pre-tax dollars per calendar year into
flexible spending accounts. These accounts are designed to let Employees take early
advantage of predictable tax breaks from regular health care and dependent care expenses.

Retirement Plan
401(k) Matching and Discretionary Profit Sharing Plan provided by Fidelity Investments.
Matching is currently at 50% of employee contribution limited to 3% of gross salary.
Discretionary Profit Sharing is targeted at 3-3.5% of annual salary.

Vacation Leave
Employees accrue 10 to 15 days of vacation leave annually, based on length of employment
and security clearance status. Vacation days are accrued per pay pariod.

Paid Holidays
Triton observes 10 holidays per year.

Discretionary Leave
All employees receive 5 days of discretionary leave each year. Qualified employees may
also receive 2 weeks military leave and up to 1 week bereavement leave.
Discretionary leave is pro-rated based on the month you were hired.

Income Replacement
Triton Services provides long-term and short-term disability coverage at 60% of your
base salary up to a maximum benefit of $8000 per month.

Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
Triton provides employees and their families a full year’s salary to a maximum
death benefit of $100,000.

Education Reimbursement
Employees may qualify for up to $5250 of tuition reimbursement per calendar year for
approved courses.
